The Registrar’s Office will hold Academic Orientation Sessions for all new students on Saturday 18 June and Saturday 25 June 2016. Topics we will cover include how to use the Calendar and the Registration Handbook & Timetable to choose and enrol in your courses, as well as tips for financing your degree and looking ahead to graduate school.
On both of these dates, there will also be upper-year Innis student mentors on hand to answer any and all of your questions, so don’t be shy to approach them — they are there to help you! We will also host a session on Student Life in the afternoon, where you will learn how to get involved in the Innis and wider University communities.
To register for a session, visit this webpage.
Unable to make it to one of the sessions? Don’t worry. We have put up a PDF summary of the information we will cover at the 2016 sessions. Additionally, you are invited to book a one-hour skype, phone or in-person appointment with Denise Gray, our Academic Counsellor for new students, at the Registrar’s Office. Welcome to Innis! We hope to see you at one of the sessions this Summer!
